Our Story

OUR FAVORITE LOVE STORY

Something about two people being born on opposite sides of the world and eventually finding their way to each other is magical to say the least.


The feeling can only be described as like when you go to McDonald's first thing in the morning, they make your coffee perfectly, and you spend the rest of the day excited for tomorrow's coffee... or at least that's how Amy describes it. To Nana, it's more like when Manchester United scores in the last minute of the Champions League Finals and you spend years celebrating it.


We invite you to celebrate a lifetime of these moments and more with the future Boadu's on their special day.

They reconnected after the pandemic and were able to go on their first trip together. Not too many people can get Nana to do fun outdoor activities so Amy felt special!

Nana met Amy's family for the first time! He had rehearsed saying "Hi Nancy, Hi Tom" for weeks beforehand. 😂

Although they spent most of 2022 growing their businesses (and learning to cook Ghanaian food in Amy's case), they still made time for fun activities. For Nana's first time painting, he did amazing!

Amy and Nana picked up three nominations between the two of them in various categories at the FACES Awards. They may not have won any of them.. but still consider it an accomplishment.

THE PROPOSAL ❤️ Although Amy slightly suspected it would be happening that weekend, she definitely didn't expect anything that huge. They already had their entire wedding guestlist planned out within a week afterwards!
